Arieli Capital’s innovation arm will work with the Italian Embassy in Israel to lead the international program, connecting the Italian startups with the Israeli high-tech ecosystem including tech companies, industry, international corporations, investors, research and academic institutions.

We expect participating startups to commit to active engagement throughout the program. This includes attending scheduled meetings and networking events. Additionally, we require transparency in sharing progress updates and challenges, as this enables us to offer targeted support.
Our commitment to your startup extends beyond the program’s duration. We offer ongoing support through our alumni network, continued access to mentors, and opportunities for further funding introductions. We aim to build a lasting relationship that supports your growth and success.
We respect the intellectual property rights of all participants. The IP developed before and during the program remains with the startup. However, it’s important to understand the specific terms outlined in our agreement, especially regarding any collaborations with mentors or other startups that might arise during the program.
While our program does not take equity, there are some costs related to business development and investment opportunities. These will be clearly outlined in the startup participation agreement, ensuring transparency about any expenses involved in the program.
Participation in this stage is fully sponsored. It’s important to note that travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the program. Approved startups for the program will be responsible for covering their travel, accommodations, and food costs for the duration of the program. In addtion, approved startups for the scale up program will be required to sign a participation agreement, including a success fee (5%) for any sales and/or business development agreement.
The program begins with a intensive one-week in-person session in Jerusalem, Israel, focused on business meetings, After this, selected startups enter the second stage, where they can participate either remotely or from our physical hub. This stage offers tailored mentorship and development opportunities.
Yes, selected startups have access to our high-end office hub. This provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic community and use excellent facilities. Details regarding the use of this space will be clearly outlined in the startup participation agreement.
